Sales Development Representative

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) you will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives within multiple territories.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Research, identify and qualify prospects for daily call lists for Inside Sales Representatives.
  • Market Research – in market ghost calls.
  • Daily CRM management and data entry.
  • Qualify inbound leads and route to correct ISR.
  • Identify decision makers and verify contact information for prospects.
  • Identify upsell opportunities within current customers and make recommendations to ISR.
  • Process orders and sample requests in CRM.
  • Meet and exceed monthly activity targets and KPI’s.
  • Work with multiple departments for product focuses.
Experience and Education:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent degree.
  • Basic Knowledge of IOS, Excel and Microsoft Applications.
Skills and Attributes:
  • Pursues everything with energy, drive and a need to achieve.
  • Ability to create and design email templates.
  • Can be counted on to exceed goals successfully and is consistently striving to be a top performer.
  • Goal oriented, self-motivated, confident, thorough and tenacious.
  • Quick learner.
  • Adaptable and flexible to change.
  • Sales experience preferred – though not required.
